Consultant Descriptions
 
Dr. Liza Molina is CMG's founder and principal consultant. A graduate of Cornell University, she also holds both the MPH and ScD degrees in Public Health from Harvard University. Dr. Molina has served on the faculties of Cambridge College Graduate School of Management, Colorado College, Harvard, Northern New Mexico College, and Tufts Medical School. She is a professional member of the American Public Health Association (APHA), American Evaluation Association (AEA), The National Council on Measurement in Education (NCME), and is a Federally (SAMHSA) approved program evaluator.  
 
Additional associates may be invited to collaborate on an as needed basis. All associates hold either a doctorate or terminal masters degree, and have a minimum of five years experience relevant in the project area to which they may be assigned. In addition, CMG can facilitate the assistance of native speakers of Arabic, Chinese, Haitian Creole, Portuguese, Spanish, and Thai.
