 Founder & Principal Consultant Dr. Liza Molina is CMG's founder and principal consultant. She has been Federally approved as a program evaluator and is a professional member of the American Public Health Association (APHA), American Evaluation Association (AEA), and the National Council on Measurement in Education (NCME). She focuses on providing assistance to organizations serving women, children, immigrants, and newcomer groups. Academic work has addressed issues such as informed consent, literacy, and the interface between traditional values, acculturation, and health.
Dr. Molina is a graduate of Cornell University, Department of Regional Planning and earned both the MPH and ScD degrees in Behavioral Epidemiology at Harvard University. She has served on the faculty of Cambridge College, Colorado College, Harvard, Northern New Mexico College, and Tufts Medical School. Senior Associates Dr. Colmar Figueroa-Moseley has over a decade experience in community-based research with a specialization in oncology and pharmaceutical effectiveness. He has researched and published extensively in the area of racial and ethnic based concerns over understanding cancer diagnosis and treatment planning. Dr. Figueroa-Moseley is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon, earned the MPH at Rochester University, School of Medicine and the PhD at the University of Alabama, Birmingham.
